Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have passed the final professional BDS examination of a recognized university and have completed 12 months paid compulsory rotating internship program by 31st March, 2013.
No condonation of internship of 12 months period shall be accepted except for the students of the batch admitted during the academic session 2007-2008 and have completed 4½ year BDS course along with 6 months compulsory rotating internship.
An Indian national studying in Foreign University/School must produce an eligibility certificate recognizing the qualifying examination as equivalent to BDS as recognized by the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences and Dental Council of India.

Last date for receipt of completed application form: 03rd January, 2013, Thursday, 05.00 p.m.
Admission written test: 10th January, 2013, Thursday, 01.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m.
Counseling and payment of fees: 19th March, 2013, Tuesday, 10.00 a.m.
Orientation, Medical Examination: 30th April, 2013, 08.00 a.m.
Nationality: Applicants must be Indian Nationals.
Written Test: The admission written test is to be held on 10th January, 2013 from 01.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. at Kochi, New Delhi and Ludhiana.
The admission written test shall be conducted in all the subjects of BDS course.
All questions will be multiple choice types.
There will be 200 questions each question shall carry one mark, total marks being 200
There is no negative marking.
In order to pass the admission written test, an applicant must obtain a minimum of 50% marks.

The MDS prospectus and application form will be available from 18th December, 2012 to 02nd January, 2013.
Candidates will be required to log on to admissions-2013 on the institutional website www.cmcludhiana.in.

The online application form must be filled and submitted online (mandatory)
A recent passport size photograph (preferably of a minimum size of 295×356 pixels) should be uploaded in the space provided.
On submission of this form, an application number will be assigned which must be quoted in all future correspondence.
Form 100 (application form) and form 99 (application for additional marks, if applicable), must be downloaded, printed and filled.
This along with relevant enclosures and requisite fee must be posted to the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana-141008, Punjab.
Application fee bank demand draft for Rs 3300/- (Rs three thousand three hundred only) drawn in favor of Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society on any scheduled bank payable at Ludhiana.
Please quote name and application number behind the demand draft.
Completed application forms are to be sent to the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana-141008 by 03rd January, 2013.
Admit Card: Admit card will be issued to all the applicants, whose application form along with full application fee have been received by the office of the Registrar, to sit for the admission written test at the center as given in the admit card.
